Brochure contains clear explanations but either lacks completeness or source information.	Brochure contains a very limited discussion of problem causes.	Brochure fails to explain problem causes.
Solutions/Advice (10 points)	Solutions to problem are clearly presented with sources cited and follow problem causes identified.	Solutions to problem are clearly identified and follow problem causes, but source information is lacking.	Solutions to problems are identified but do not follow problem causes identified.	Little or no Solutions are presented in the brochure.
