As the nursing informaticist leading the implementation of a new electronic health record, you may be assigned the task of developing a teaching/training plan for your newly acquired EHR. Include the process, the people involved, and the training needed, as well as the positive and negative outcomes that may occur during transition.

Keep in mind that you work for the EHR company, and you need to focus on selling the new system to the facility.
