One structured activity I feel would be beneficial when transitioning into my role as a Family Nurse Practitioner is to participate in a structured mentor group/program.  In these programs, things such as “discussing and exchanging useful articles” are done (WIWI, 2015). A structured peer program would be beneficial for me in order to keep up with the progressive changes and rapid growth occurring within the field of HealthCare whilst transitioning into the workplace.
