Select a counseling theory DIFFERENT from the theory you presented on in class to analyze your case study. Compare and contrast how this theory impacts your idea of the best helping strategy for you.

Using Behavior Therapy analyze a case study and create a counseling intervention proposal based on a counseling theory and the American Counseling Association Multicultural Counseling Competencies. Reflective in nature students must cite current research using the American Psychological Association from journal articles (2012 – 2017) to support their response.
