·        Correctly identifies patient using name and DOB x 3 (ask patient, check ID band, scan arm band, look at computer)  ***Failure to correctly ID patient will result in automatic failure of demonstration (professionalism)
·        Performs hand hygiene when appropriate (professionalism, critical reasoning)
·        Safely administers correct oral medications following “5 Rights” (professionalism, critical reasoning, caring)
·        Safely administers correct injectable medications following “5 Rights” (professionalism, critical reasoning)
·        Returns patient to safe position/situation when done (professionalism, critical reasoning, caring)
