Anxiety disorder
A patient recovering from anxiety disorder should do regular exercise to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. The patient is like to alleviate the symptoms of depression the long run if he/she involves himself on the exercise more often. The exercise involves some activity such as walking, biking riding, jogging and dancing for about thirty minutes five times a week.

The symptoms of chronic stress are a headache, muscle pain or tension, fatigue, sleep problems, stomach upset and chest pain.
Milieu therapy is a psychotherapy that involves controlling or manipulating the social environment of the patient with the aim of thwarting the client from self-destructive behavior.
