We are currently discussing the power point and how we will be diving it up. By the end of the week, we should all have that distributed between the team.  PowerPoint has been started and an outline of what should be included is.

There was a delayed response from two team members, which created a concern for other team members. The concern was how the work was going to be divided within the group.

  Some possible solution’s can be to make it a habit to check in with each other at the beginning of the week. Frequently check the group discussion board.

During the process of deciding between two team members, we decided to divide the assignment equally. We also were successful with our week one assignment; it was easy to make the decision of equally diving up the assignment. Our collaboration went smoothly. We shared our ideas and were open to each other’s ideas.

• Action items-tasks and individual assignments for the coming week

 

Once we confirm between team members what slides each of us will be working on we will refer back to the case outline so each team member can start drafting their slide.  We have a leader who will be in charge of putting the power point while the rest of we sending her our drafts each week so can build the presentation.

The plan for the PowerPoint is a brief overview of interdisciplinary teams and the different teams that make up Daniel’s.  I have setup all the slides so the information can be added or sent to me to add.  I also plan to add a brief explanation of a setback in Daniel care in regards to his bone infection.  I will also explain how his team will need to work to one another in order for a successful recovery.
